I've fallen in love...

Saturday approx. 5pm I fell in love. Costco has added to their already spectacular array of cheeses with about a dozen new imports. I thought I was in love last week when trying their Double Gloucester with chive and onion. Wrong. The mature Welsh cheddar with whole grain mustard and ale is my destiny cheese. It has 3 of my absolute favorite things in one cheesy package made by Red Dragon. The Dubliner is isn't too shabby either, I think melted on toast would be it's perfect spot.
Anyone who has a palate for mustard, please please please treat yourself to the Red Dragon.
