Like, when you're sick??? If so, I know what you mean....
I get it when I'm cold and then end up getting sick. Right around the same time I posted that I caught a man pee'ing in our bushes. There was a wicked snow storm and it was the only place outta the wind. I'm sure he had pee chill so I let it slide.
